This refund policy applies to all services provided by HOTT EXPERT Limited, including but not limited to:- Consulting services- Training programs- Software development- IT support.

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the client must meet the following conditions:- The client has paid for a service in full or has made a partial payment.- The client has requested a refund in writing (via email or letter) within the specified timeframe (see below).- The client has not received the service or has received a service that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Refund Timeframe:

The client must request a refund within the following timeframes:- For consulting services: within 30 days of the service delivery date.- For training programs: within 7 days of the program start date.- For software development: within 30 days of the project completion date.- For IT support: within 30 days of the support service delivery date.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, the client must:

1. Send a written request (via email or letter) to HOTT EXPERT Limited, stating the reason for the refund request.

2. Provide proof of payment, such as an invoice or payment receipt.

3. Cooperate with HOTT EXPERT Limited to resolve any issues related to the service delivery.

Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the following factors:- The amount paid by the client.- The services delivered by HOTT EXPERT Limited.- The reason for the refund request.

Refund Payment:

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of the refund request approval. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the client to make the initial payment.

Exceptions:

The following services are non-refundable:- Customized software development services.- Services that have been delivered and accepted by the client.

Changes to Refund Policy:

HOTT EXPERT Limited reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law:
